TULIP FESTIVAL - ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS HOBART

Yesterday I spent a couple of hours at the very beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens in Hobart at the Tulip Festival.

Every year the gardeners there manage to get the tulips to bloom so that on festival day they are just perfect.

The weather was a bit mixed with some sun, a little rain and a lot of wind. In other words typical Hobart weather but the tulips were an absolute dream to see.

I have uploaded just a few of the shots I managed to get between the wind and the showers so I hope you enjoy them. These can be seen in the Flowers Gallery. The one here is my favourite just because it is the "Odd One Out" and looks rather forelorn but stunningly beautiful as well.
